Nerissa gives me focus, motivation and confidence. From my first consultation through my ongoing programme Nerissa is always looking to adapt my programme to keep me on track with my goals - improve stamina, strength and weight loss. Nerissa’s knowledge and experience is amazing - training programmes, diet, nutrition - providing concise and positive advice throughout. Like many others I knew there would be lots of equipment and weights but did not know which to use, how it would help me or that it might even cause me injuries. Nerissa clearly explained how each operated and on what specific muscles they worked. The above is very much the trainer focus but I am pleased to say Nerissa is always friendly, pleasant and joy to work with.
I am certain that I would have given up weeks ago. Looking forward to the next gym session. Thank you Nerissa.

I really struggled to loose weight and get motivated. But having Nerissa as a personal trainer was amazing. Who knew I wasn’t eating enough! Have Nerissa look at my diet and give me some nutritional advice was amazing. At first I felt daunted about being in the gym however Nerissa made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I also found having a set time to meet each week made me start a routine and ensured I stuck at it. I quickly started to see results and grew stronger.
