What’s the difference between in-person training and online coaching?
Online coaching allows for flexibility and personalised support remotely. You’ll receive a tailored workout plan, nutrition guidance, and regular check-ins for accountability, all accessible through your phone via my coaching app. It’s a great option for those with busy schedules or who prefer working out on their own time, with a coach’s guidance. In person client get all of the above plus sessions in the gym with me to assist with on the spot technique assistance and to get that extra push and accountability.
How is my workout plan customised for me?
I begin with an in-depth assessment of your goals via a consultation appointment. We discuss things such as your fitness level, preferences, and any limitations or injuries. Based on this, I create a plan that’s designed to be challenging but achievable, with exercises you enjoy and that fit your lifestyle.
What type of support will I get with online coaching?
You’ll have regular check-ins with me, either weekly or bi-weekly, and access to me via messaging or email for questions, form checks, or motivation boosts. This support helps you stay on track, adjust your plan as needed, and celebrate your wins along the way.
Do I need a gym membership for your programs?
Not necessarily! I offer both gym-based and home-based workout plans. Whether you have access to a full gym, basic equipment, or just bodyweight, I can create a program that works with what you have. For in-person gym sessions you will need a membership to PureGym Bicester.
How soon can I expect to see results?
Results vary based on your goals, consistency, and individual factors like body composition and metabolism. Generally, you’ll start feeling stronger and more energised in the first few weeks, with visible results appearing around 4-8 weeks when you’re following the plan consistently.
How much does it cost?
Price depends on the programme and service required by you. In your discovery call/consultation we will be able to discuss what is needed in order to reach you goals and the price of the recommended programme.
